要了解中國新年，我們就從年獸的故事看起吧!

Once upon a time, there was a monster. His name was “Nien”.

從前有一隻怪獸，他的名字叫作 “年”。

He lived in the deep, deep sea.

He came out and ate people only on New Year’s Eve.

他住在很深很深的海底，只會在除夕夜現身來吃人。

People were very scared about “Nien”.

人們非常害怕 “年”。
