The
cowherd ran right after his wife, but God put the Milky Way between them.
牛郎跟在織女的後頭拼命追趕，但是天帝把銀河一擺，就把他們兩人隔開來。
Because
the cowherd was not a fairy, he couldn’t cross the Milky Way.
因為牛郎是凡人，他沒辦法跨越銀河到另一邊去。 However, he didn’t give up. 但是他不肯放棄。 He tried to scoop out the Milky Way with a ladle day and night, night and day. 他拿了一隻杓子，奮力的想把銀河舀乾，日日夜夜不肯停息。 |
