People dressed up like the gods or the ghosts who were in charge of the underworld.

在街上，人民打扮的要不是像神明，就是像那些掌管陰間地府的鬼魅。

They all wore costumes, but some walked on feet and some walked on stilts.

大夥兒全部都穿著戲服，而且有的人走路，有的人採高蹺。

Wherever the parade passed, the firecrackers went off.

遊行隊伍一到那個地方，那個地方就響起了一陣陣放鞭炮的聲音。

Time flew and the month for ghosts had passed. Pu Di had to go back.

時間過的很快，鬼月很快的就結束了。寶弟必須要回去了。

Passing through the giant gate, Pu Di looked back, "Thanks Tien Ma.

穿過鬼門關時，寶弟回頭說: 「謝謝你，天馬。 」

You are a good friend. Take care, and I will see you in the next ghost month."

你真是一位好朋友。要好好照顧自己，我們下次鬼月再見了喔。”
