觀念

不完全及物動詞(如call，elect，choose，appoint…)改為被動語態時，不可以用補語作主詞，仍要用受詞作主詞。

例句

We elected him chairman. (我們選他為主席。)= He was elected chairman by us.

觀念

感官動詞(watch/see/hear…)與使役動詞(make)在主動句中，其受詞補語用原形V，但在被動句中必須用to + 原形V。

主詞 + be felt   to + 原形V

             made

例句

I saw him enter the room. (我看見他走進這房間。)

= He was seen to enter the room.(有人看見他走進這房間)

He made me go there alone. (他迫使我單獨去那裡。)

= I was made to go there alone.(我被迫單獨去那裡。)
