A. I wish (that) S+were/Ved  「與現在事實相反」

I wish I were a millionaire.

但願我是個百萬富翁。

B. I wish (that) S+had+p.p.   「與過去事實相反」

I wish I had been in Hong Kong last year.

真希望我去年在香港。
